Privacy policy
Best Referral Code is an independent guide to referral and invite codes. This page explains what we collect when you use the site, why we collect it and how long we keep it. You don't need an account to use the site, and we don't sell personal data.
What we collect
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit and which codes they copy. It sets cookies in your browser, and Google receives your IP address and details about your browser and device.
- Usage counts. Our server counts page views, code copies and sign-up link clicks for each page and each day. These are totals only: no IP address, cookie or other detail about you is stored with them.
- Contact form. When you send a message, we keep your name, email address, topic and message, plus your IP address and browser name to help stop spam. We use them only to reply to you.
- Security. To stop spam and abuse, we keep the IP address of each contact form message and each sign-in attempt for 24 hours.
- On your device. Your browser remembers the last platforms you opened for the "Continue where you left off" list on the home page, for 24 hours or until you press Clear. It also remembers when you close the code bar, until you close the tab. This stays in your browser and is never sent to us.
Services we use
- Cloudflare delivers the site and protects it from attacks, so it handles your IP address and the pages you request. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.

- YouTube and Vimeo. Some pages have a video from one of them. The player loads only when you press play (YouTube through youtube-nocookie.com), and from then on that service's privacy policy applies.
Referral links
The codes and links on this site are referral codes. When you sign up with one, the platform may give a reward to you and to us. A link takes you to the platform's own website, where its privacy policy applies. The platform may show us basic referral details, such as that an account signed up with our code.
How long we keep it
- Contact messages: until we delete them. Ask us and we will delete yours.
- IP addresses for security: 24 hours.
- Usage counts: as long as the site runs, since they hold nothing about you.
- Google Analytics: for the retention period set in our account, at most 14 months.
Your choices
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works the same without them.
- Clear the recently viewed list with its Clear button or by clearing this site's data in your browser.
- Ask to see or delete a message you sent us through the contact page.
Children
The site is not meant for anyone under 18, and most platforms listed here only accept adults.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top.
